How do I use it?
Apply your usual serum or moisturizer, choose a setting and glide the head slowly along your neck and face in upward and outward strokes. A few minutes is all it takes.
Do I need to use a serum or gel with it?
We recommend it. A thin layer of serum, gel or moisturizer helps the head glide smoothly over your skin.
What do the settings do?
The device has a warmth setting, three light colors (blue, green and red) and a gentle pulse mode, all controlled with one button. The light indicators on the handle show which setting is on.
Will it feel hot?
The warmth setting is designed to feel gently warm, not hot. Keep the head moving, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
Is it right for everyone?
Don't use it if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have broken or irritated skin, and avoid the eye area. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first. Full safety guidance is in the included manual.
How do I charge it?
Charge it with the included USB cable from any USB port or wall adapter. Charge fully before first use.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the head with a soft, damp cloth after each use and dry it. Don't rinse it under water or submerge it.
