Questions people ask before buying
What will I actually see?
Less puffiness, tighter-looking skin and a face that reads awake rather than tired — usually inside the first thirty seconds, and most obviously around the eyes.
Cold narrows the small blood vessels near the surface, which is why the effect is immediate and why it has been the oldest trick in the business for a century. It’s at its best first thing, before makeup.
How long does it last?
An hour or two as a rule, longer on a cool day, and it’s strongest in the first twenty minutes.
Which is why it belongs at the very start of your morning: ice first, then skincare, then makeup over a face that has already settled.
Can I overdo it?
Only by holding it still. Ice resting in one spot on bare skin can cause an ice burn, the same way a bag of frozen peas against a knee can.
Keep it gliding, keep the session to about a minute, and stop if the skin stings rather than tingles. Avoid broken or irritated skin. Keep it moving and you really can’t go wrong.
Who shouldn’t use it?
Skip it if you have Raynaud’s, cold urticaria, or any condition that makes you react badly to cold. Be cautious with rosacea — try a short session on one cheek first and see how your skin answers.
Avoid broken skin, active infections, and anywhere you’ve recently had a cosmetic procedure. If you have reduced sensation in your face for any reason, don’t use ice on it — you won’t feel the warning.
Can I put anything in the water?
Absolutely — green tea, chamomile, rose water and cucumber all make lovely ice, and if the ritual is nicer you’ll keep doing it, which is the part that genuinely matters. Plain tap water works just as well.
One to avoid: don’t freeze anything acidic like lemon juice. Cold plus acid on facial skin is a combination you don’t want.
How do I clean it?
Warm water and a drop of washing-up liquid, then air-dry it fully before the next fill. Silicone is dishwasher-safe on the top rack if you’d rather.
Empty it between uses rather than leaving old melt water sitting in it, and it’ll stay good as new indefinitely.
Shipping and returns
Free tracked shipping on every order, and the exact delivery window is shown above the Add to Cart button — so you know before you buy, not after.
Ordering more than one product? The mask, brush and roller ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive on separate days — nothing has gone missing, the rest is on its way. Two or three of the same item always travel together.
And you get a full 30 days. If it isn’t right for you, tell us and we’ll refund every penny — and keep it. We’re not going to make you post anything back to us.
