Questions people ask before buying
What will I actually see?
Brighter-looking skin with a warm flush of colour, a smoother surface, and makeup that goes on flat instead of clinging to dry patches. Most women see it the first time they use it.
And two unhurried minutes on your own face turns out to matter more than people expect — it’s the most pleasant thing in the routine and the easiest to keep up.
Will it help my makeup go on better?
Noticeably. Dry flakes are what make foundation cling, separate and go patchy by the middle of the day — a brush lifts them away so your base sits flat on a smooth surface.
Then use the same brush to buff the foundation in. The density and the curve are exactly right for it: small circular motions, starting at the centre of the face and working outward.
How hard should I press?
Barely at all — light pressure is the entire technique. If the skin is moving and stretching under the bristles, ease right off. The brush should skim the surface, never drag it.
Pressing harder doesn’t get you more, and skin would much rather not be tugged.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
For most people, yes — used gently and over a light moisturiser rather than dry. Start with thirty seconds, see how your skin is the next morning, and build up from there.
Avoid active acne, broken or inflamed skin, sunburn, and anywhere you’ve recently had a procedure. If you have rosacea, eczema or very reactive skin, check with your dermatologist first.
Is this a lymphatic drainage brush?
No — manual lymphatic drainage is a clinical therapy delivered by trained practitioners, which is a different thing entirely and not something any brush can do.
What this is instead is an exceptionally good face brush: dense soft bristles, a curve made for the jaw, and two minutes that leaves skin brighter, smoother and better prepared for makeup. That’s what you get, and it’s plenty.
How do I clean it?
Once a week if you’re using it dry, twice if you’re using it with makeup. Lukewarm water and a drop of gentle shampoo swirled into your palm, rinsed until the water runs clear.
Squeeze gently, reshape the head with your fingers, and dry it flat or bristles-down — never standing upright, which lets water run into the base. Looked after like that, it stays soft for years.
Shipping and returns
Free tracked shipping on every order, and the exact delivery window is shown above the Add to Cart button — so you know before you buy, not after.
Ordering more than one product? The mask, brush and roller ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive on separate days — nothing has gone missing, the rest is on its way. Two or three of the same item always travel together.
And you get a full 30 days. If it isn’t right for you, tell us and we’ll refund every penny — and keep it. We’re not going to make you post anything back to us.
