Questions people ask before buying
What does it feel like?
Like a firm, even hug along your jaw. You notice it for about a minute and then forget it completely — most people put it on, watch something, and are mildly surprised when the timer goes.
Taking it off is the good part. The skin feels cool and faintly tightened, and the line of your jaw looks clean in the mirror for the rest of the evening.
When should I wear it?
Evening on the sofa is the easiest habit — twenty minutes while you’re winding down anyway.
Plenty of women also use it in the morning before something they’re dressing up for, and it works beautifully: it peaks in the hour or two right after you take it off.
What will I actually see?
A clean, defined line along the jaw. Less softness under the chin. A face that reads rested rather than run-down — the difference between how you look before and after a proper night’s sleep.
Most women see it the very first time they put it on. It’s strongest in the hours right after you take it off, which is exactly why so many wear it before going out.
How tight should it be?
Snug enough to stay put, loose enough to forget. The test: if you can slip a finger under the band at your jaw, it’s right.
Tighter isn’t better. If it leaves a deep mark, makes your ears ache, or you can feel your pulse in your jaw, loosen it — and take it off if you feel any numbness, tingling or light-headedness.
Can I sleep in it?
Keep it to twenty minutes awake. A fastened band can shift or ride up while you sleep, and eight hours does nothing more for you than twenty minutes does.
Twenty minutes is the whole routine — which is rather the point of it.
Who shouldn’t use it?
Skip it if you have a jaw or TMJ condition, recent facial or dental surgery, a skin condition or broken skin on the jaw or neck, or any circulation problem in the head and neck.
If you’re being treated for anything affecting your face, jaw or lymph nodes, have a quick word with your doctor first.
How do I look after it?
Hand-wash in cool water every week or so and let it air-dry flat. Keep it well away from the tumble dryer, which will finish off the elastic in a single cycle.
Looked after, it holds its shape and tension through around three months of nightly use — considerably longer if you’re using it a few times a week.
Will it fit me?
One size, and it genuinely fits. Laid flat the band measures 24.5 in × 4.5 in — that’s 62 cm × 11.5 cm — and the fabric stretches and returns from there.
To check it against your own face, run a soft tape from under your chin, up past your ear and over the top of your head. Most adults come in comfortably under 24.5 in, and an inch over is no problem — just fasten it a little looser.
Snug is right. If you can slip a finger under the band at your jaw, you’ve got it.
Shipping and returns
Free tracked shipping on every order, and the exact delivery window is shown above the Add to Cart button — so you know before you buy, not after.
Ordering more than one product? The mask, brush and roller ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive on separate days — nothing has gone missing, the rest is on its way. Two or three of the same item always travel together.
And you get a full 30 days. If it isn’t right for you, tell us and we’ll refund every penny — and keep it. We’re not going to make you post anything back to us.
